Senior Business Analyst at Carey Olsen

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Jersey office.

Reporting to the Group Portfolio Manager and working closely with Project Managers, you will play a key role in shaping business processes and driving change across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead proactive business analysis for change initiatives, systems, and processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop acceptance criteria and ensure traceability from requirements to deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, user interviews

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of corporate processes (Finance, Risk, Compliance), tech platforms (MS Azure, Cloud)
• Experience with technology platforms (MS Azure, Cloud systems) and legal sector systems.
• Proven knowledge of business analysis techniques
