Deducta is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our fast-growing team in London. Our mission is to set the gold standard for trusted, high-quality enterprise data. You will be responsible for:
- Winning new business revenue by cultivating a named account list and owning complex sales cycles from consideration to successful deployment
- Co-owning the evolution of our go-to-market strategy and sales playbooks
Location: London, UK (office located near London Bridge)
Comp: Compensation for this role starts at £180k in cash and equity, not including additional commission incentives

What is the role?As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue and influencing our go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do:
- Win new business revenue by navigating complex organizational structures to reach decision-makers, earn their trust, and deliver tailored value propositions
- Build deep partnerships with cross-functional leaders (Procurement, Finance, IT), understand their pain points, and co-design pathways to successful deployment
- Directly manage and cultivate a named account list (new prospects) while crafting comprehensive account plans aimed at winning new business
- Nurture relationships across and represent Deducta throughout the EMEA procurement ecosystem to help us grow our mindshare
- Co-own the evolution of our go-to-market strategy with the BizOps team, including geographic/sector prioritization, sales motions, positioning, and pricing

We are looking for a startup-ready sales leader with a proven track record who is motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful.
You might be the right fit if you have
- Experience as an enterprise B2B account executive, bonus if your experience is in AI, database, cloud, or procurement technology
- A track record of exceeding quota and managing enterprise sales cycles
- A track record of closing complex deals with VP-level and C-level stakeholders
- Change management mindset and a keen desire to enable viable applications of AI in the enterprise
