Full time Would like to hire within the next two quarters Your day-to-day - We do what others say can't be done SAP GRC Implementation and Maintenance: + Ensure proper setup and maintenance of SAP GRC modules. + Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize security controls and streamline processes. User Access Management: + Manage user access controls and permissions within the SAP GRC system. + Review and analyze user access requests to ensure compliance with Wolfspeed policies and regulatory requirements. + Conduct regular user access audits to identify and mitigate any risks associated with user access rights aligned with IT policies. Risk Management: + Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and propose remediation actions to mitigate risks. Compliance Management: + Stay up to date with relevant regulations, industry standards and best practices. + Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to the SAP GRC system and associated processes. Incident Response and Issue Resolution: + Investigate and resolve incidents and issues related to SAP GRC. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as IT, business process owners) to address and mitigate risks and incidents. Policy and Procedure Development: + Develop, review, and update policies and processes related to SAP GRC and ensure documentation is accurate and adheres to internal standards and regulations. + Communicate policies to relevant stakeholders and conduct training sessions on SAP GRC Access Control functionalities and best practices. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years' hands-on experience working as an SAP GRC Specialist or similar role with SAP GRC experience. In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) and related technologies. Proficient in SAP GRC system implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, authorization models, and role-based access controls. In-depth knowledge of SAP security and compliance frameworks, such as SOX, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex access control issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
