SAP ABAP RAP Developer - Portuguese Speaking

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6-month initial contract (scope for minimum 1 year)
• Location: Mostly remote with minimal travel to Sweden (travel expenses covered)
• Interview Process: Single-stage

Project Context:

This role is part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation project, focusing on modern development practices and extensibility using RAP and Clean Core principles.

Experience Required:

• Fluency in Portuguese
• 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Proven expertise in RAP (Restful Application Programming)
• Strong understanding and practical application of Clean Core methodology

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ABAP RAP within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Ensure adherence to Clean Core principles for extensibility and upgrade safety
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain CDS Views, OData services, and RAP-based applications
• Optimize performance and ensure compliance with SAP best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support during implementation and testing phases

Required Skills:

• Advanced ABAP programming skills
• Hands-on experience with RAP framework
• Strong knowledge of Clean Core methodology
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and OData services
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
