About the role:
We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Client Partner to join our technology solutions sales team. The Client Partner will own strategic customer relationships, drive new business opportunities, and deliver measurable revenue growth. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, account management, and business development expertise to ensure long-term client success and partnership.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gain a full understanding of the IT product solution offered by Semnox and ensure clients can utilise the system to its fullest potential through knowledge of Semnox's solutions
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts across UK and Europe
- Develop account plans, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategies for growth
- Identify and initiate discussions with New Leads
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Building and Maintaining Strong Relationship with clients
- Coordinate activities with other Semnox functions such as implementation, training, and product support
- Prepare and Communicate Reports with the Management
- Will involve travel to meet prospects/clients
What we look for in a candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, business development, or client management
- Must have experience in the amusement/leisure industry
- IT sales experience preferable
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience in consultative and solution selling to enterprise clients
- Ability to manage multi-million-dollar accounts and complex sales cycles
- Strong business acumen with ability to align solutions with client needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Can thrive in an environment where you can work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in debugging and resolving production system issues.
