About Us
We are a stable, well established, and successful training practice, providing care for around 15,800 patients. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, innovative care and staff wellbeing, we pride ourselves on a supportive working environment and quality patient care. We are a forward-thinking practice with a multi-disciplinary team which includes GPs, Advanced Care Practitioners, Nursing Team, Health Coaches, Admin and Patient Services Team. We provide a variety of services such as our Vasectomy Service, Family Planning Clinic, Joint Injections and Group Consultations and are keen to develop new services and specialities.

The Role
The new Salaried GP will complete the team of 7 part-time Partners, and 6 part-time Salaried GPs. The post-holder will have a clearly defined working pattern including dedicated admin time. Each Salaried GP has a Partner Mentor and clinical support provided by a supervising GP daily. We have regular huddles, significant event meetings and regular breaks. As a training practice we can also offer opportunities to support our students and F2s if desired, help with group consultations or some of our specialities. Fellowship and GP retainer schemes currently supported in the practice.
