Remote Telesales Executive

We're looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our small but highly motivated fully remote team.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls - both cold and warm leads.
- Take inbound phone leads and manage email/website enquiries.
- Account manage existing customers to maximise value of each account.
- Provide consistently excellent customer service.
- Make effective notes in the CRM system.
- Participate in a range of marketing campaigns from start to completion.
- Background in telephone sales, either inbound or outbound.
- Experience working towards targets.
- Excellent communicator with professional phone manner.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong motivation and target focus.
- Good administrative and IT skills.
- Competitive salary between £25k-£30k DOE.
- OTE of £50,000.
- Fully remote working.
- 23 days holiday + birthday + public holidays.

Even though the position is fully remote, the team overall is a small and highly motivated group. You will have a dedicated manager who will provide regular feedback.
HoursFull time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours. No weekends or evenings.
