Job Description
Remote Telesales Executive

We're looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our small but highly motivated fully remote team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls - both cold and warm leads.
  • Take inbound phone leads and manage email/website enquiries.
  • Account manage existing customers to maximise value of each account.
  • Provide consistently excellent customer service.
  • Make effective notes in the CRM system.
  • Participate in a range of marketing campaigns from start to completion.
The Candidate
  • Background in telephone sales, either inbound or outbound.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • Excellent communicator with professional phone manner.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Strong motivation and target focus.
  • Good administrative and IT skills.

Team & Environment

Even though the position is fully remote, the team overall is a small and highly motivated group. You will have a dedicated manager who will provide regular feedback.

Hours

Full time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours. No weekends or evenings.
