About Farleigh Hospice

Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve, and we are looking for highly motivated Inpatient RN Plus to join our senior clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality specialist palliative and end-of-life care within a multidisciplinary team to patients and their families.
• Act as a team role model and contribute to developing new ways of working alongside quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead with clinical knowledge and strong communication to support colleagues and patients.
• Report to the Inpatient Ward Manager and contribute to leadership development within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse Plus with experience in palliative care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve, remain calm under pressure, and manage competing workloads.
• Leadership potential and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
