Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager 
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Sheffield
Home Size: 1 bed
This provider is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a small, specialized care service in Sheffield. This challenging yet rewarding role involves supporting children and young people with complex needs and behaviours, offering a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000.

- Managing and fostering a cohesive, high-performing staff team
- Setting and reviewing ambitious targets and objectives for the care team
- Promoting collaborative, partnership-based practices with young people and their families
- Ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for the children in placement
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in staff supervision and management
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in residential childcare, preferably as a Deputy Manager
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full clean driving license
- Proven ability to provide consistent, nurturing care and support to young people
- Experience working with children displaying challenging behaviours
- Flexibility to cover shifts as needed
