Regional Youth Mentor Lead

Dallaglio RugbyWorks is seeking a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead a team and support young people at risk of exclusion in Luton and Stevenage. You will help deliver high-quality programmes while mentoring sports coaches. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and a background in youth work or teaching.

The ideal candidate will inspire confidence in young people and build strong community relationships. A full UK driving licence is essential.
