Your credibility and expertise will define how our Resourcing Centre of Expertise is perceived by the business.The closing date for applications is 17th December. Your Role Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding business needs and challenging thinking where needed. Partner with the offshore People Hub to manage recruitment workload and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery against headcount targets. Translate business requirements into effective recruitment and attraction strategies. Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align recruitment projects and improvement initiatives to deliver in a skills shortage market. Drive diversity in hiring and promote ED&I initiatives. Use data analytics to provide insightful reports, inform decision-making and drive performance. Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment, supporting hiring managers, business stakeholders and HR colleagues. Collaborate with other Recruitment Partners to share knowledge and deliver consistent excellence.# About you Proven recruitment leadership experience, including attraction and selection expertise. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Experience managing remote teams and offshore service delivery. Ability to translate strategy into actionable recruitment plans. Commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance. Passion for diversity and inclusion in hiring.
