Job Description
Recruitment Officer, to £27000 pa, FTC til March 2026, Bristol-based client

Your new role
You will provide recruitment support as part of the HR Business Partnering team to support Managers and staff across the organisation.
KEY WORK AREAS INCLUDE:
Create and upload internal and external job adverts, screening applications
Request and upload pre-employment documents from candidates
Liaise with the wider HR team to ensure onboarding is completed in a timely manner
Respond and deal with recruitment queries
Ensure a great candidate experience through timely communication
Arranging candidate interviews
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a busy role, ideally in a HR or Recruitment team
Effective communication skills both written and spoken as well as building rapport and relationships
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time
Ability to always ensure excellent customer service
