Primary ResponsibilitiesThe role involves defining, developing, implementing, and maintaining investment products throughout their lifecycle, focusing on optimizing and delivering commercially viable products. It includes market research, analysis, and coordination of new product proposals, covering Private Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure Debt, and other asset classes.
As part of the broader Product Team, you will serve as an expert in product knowledge and work primarily on Private Credit initiatives, with involvement in other Private Assets projects.
Key areas of focus include: Product Development and Launch- Manage and coordinate fund launches with stakeholders.
- Assist with structuring, documentation, and financial modeling of funds.
- Become a subject matter expert on fund terms, mechanics, and regulatory considerations.
- Navigate product launches through governance processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective coordination.
- Design currency hedging strategies for European and Global funds.
- Act as the primary investment team representative for product activities.
- Research and share insights on product trends, fund economics, and mechanics.
- Ideally 4+ years of experience with investment funds, preferably in private assets.
- Knowledge of AIFMD, UCITS, and European fund strategies.
- Experience in private assets investment strategies.
- Strong organization, numeracy, and project management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Preferred: accounting (ACA), CFA, or similar qualifications; understanding of currency markets and hedging strategies.
