Process Shift Team leader

Process Shift team leaders required for an expanding Pharma manufacturing site. You will be responsible for managing and providing leadership to a Shift team (4 cycle shift) of Process Operators, Compliance Leads, Lead Operators, Trainers in Upstream manufacturing so must have experience of Aseptic processing , cleanrooms and filling rooms.

You will lead by facilitating, coaching, mentoring and developing all members of the team. The PTL will be a driving force for the shift by creating an environment of continuous improvement using Lean principles and resources as well as Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and EHS Standards.

You will manage a shift team of 27 in Upstream manufacturing so must have experience of Aseptic processing , cleanrooms and filling rooms.

Professional degree level qualification (or equivalent) required.

• Experience of managing teams in a fast paced and complex environment.
• Experience in Pharmaceutica manufacturing ideally aseptic processing
• Dynamic decision maker, effective planner, and communicator.
• Experience in developing a strong working relationship with other shifts, day shift personnel, and other support departments.
