About the Opportunity

A highly respected, award-winning law firm with offices across the North of England is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team.

The firm has built a strong national reputation for excellence across a range of practice areas, including Court of Protection, Family Law, Residential Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Education, and Wills, Trusts & Probate. Known for its inclusive culture and commitment to employee wellbeing, this is a firm that genuinely values its people as much as its clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who thrives in a supportive and flexible environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

  • Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Handling Estate Administration and Trust Management
  • Advising on Tax and Estate Planning

This is a role for a solicitor who enjoys autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients. The firm encourages its team members to take an active role in business development - whether through networking, writing articles, or developing niche expertise.

About You
  • At least 5 years' PQE in Private Client work

  • Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts, LPAs, and Estate Administration
  • Excellent client care, communication, and drafting skills

  • A proactive, commercially aware, and collaborative approach

Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous but is not essential.

Benefits include:
  • Firm-wide annual bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday + 3 days off at Christmas
