Senior Wills & Probate Fee Earner - Lincolnshire (Hybrid / Skegness Office)

Salary:£45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Hours:Full-time (part-time considered)

Experience:Minimum 4 years' Wills & Probate experience

A respected, forward-thinking Lincolnshire law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Wills & Probate Fee Earner to join their established private client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal seeking real autonomy, flexibility, and long-term progression within a supportive, close-knit environment.

You'll handle your own caseload of probate and complex wills work, including:

  • Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection
  • Trusts and Estate Planning
  • Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax

You'll be joining a progressive firm with a strong reputation across Lincolnshire, known for its quality of service and genuine focus on work-life balance. Hybrid working is available following probation, with flexible hours between 7am-7pm.
