This is a role within the Women's department Quality & Governance team based in Gledhow Wing at St James Hospital. The postholder will project manage governance related processes, provide support for incident and risk management, patient experience and clinical effectiveness, manage policy and procedure, and collate governance and patient safety data for dashboard reports presented at Quality Assurance Meetings.
Responsibilities- Project manage governance related processes.
- Provide support in incident and risk management.
- Support patient experience and clinical effectiveness initiatives.
- Manage policy and procedure processes.
- Collate governance and patient safety data for dashboard style reports.
- Present reports at Quality Assurance Meetings.
- Relevant intermediate experience in administration, quality governance, improvement and effectiveness.
- Evidence of continuing professional education.
- English GCSE or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work to deadlines and independently.
- Understanding of governance processes is an advantage.
- Excellent written, verbal and aural skills.
- Ability to organise own work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
