VANRATH is partnering with an industry leading transport company, presently seeking to appoint a new People Partner to join their Belfast based team.

The Package

The salary on offer will be competitive within the Senior Advisory/Junior BP range, as well as enhanced pension and flexible working and many more.

You may be a Generalist, Advisor, BP or Manager, depending upon the size and scale of your current organisation, but regardless of title, you will have a highly developed generalist background, with a particular strength in employee relations, combined with exposure of working within a unionised environment.

The Person

A minimum of 2 year's experience in an HR role which includes handling Employee Relations within a unionised environment.
