Nursing Home Manager (RGN) - 40-Bedded Nursing Home Caterham
£65,000 - £70,000

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RGN Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established 40-bedded nursing home in Caterham. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Role Overview- Leading and developing the care and clinical teams
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations
- Managing budgets, staffing, audits and occupancy
- Maintaining high standards of care, safety and resident wellbeingBuilding positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager or strong Deputy ready for step-up
- In-depth understanding of CQC requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
