Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a highly regarded nursing home with a reputation for exceptional care. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will hold an active NMC pin and a track record of achieving good CQC ratings. We will also consider experienced Clinical Deputy Managers wanting to progress with extensive nursing home experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day to day operations, ensuring top tier care and service.
- Lead and inspire care teams, promoting excellence.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards.
- Build strong relationships with residents' families and stakeholders.
