At Countryview Children's Respite Service, we're currently recruiting for a Nightshift Intensive Support Practitioner (22 hours per week).

As an Intensive Support Practitioner (Nightshift), you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people accessing our respite service. You'll work as part of a committed, supportive team, following individualised care plans and routines that promote empowerment, safety, dignity, and wellbeing throughout the night.

This role offers a nightshift enhanced rate of £14.51 per hour between midnight and 7am, giving you the opportunity to earn while truly making an impact.

What You'll Bring to the Role

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification
  • A full driving licence, due to the location of the service

You'll also be:

  • Able to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting
  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable team player with a child-centred approach
  • Committed to safeguarding and delivering consistent, high-quality care
