This is an opportunity to challenge the modelling processes for the entire business by building relationships across all departments and implementing meaningful change.The ideal candidate will be: FIA, with 8-12 years in the industry Experienced in a wide variety of model validation Familiar with a range of reporting standards; BMA, IFRS17, Solvency II Excellent stakeholder managementTechnical knowledge is essential for this role but it is more important to be able to build relationships with department heads and instruct clear and actionable change in the business.
