Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Passion for providing first class service
• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environment
• Experience delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays
• Flexible, dedicated, attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties

• Maintain venue housekeeping and cleanliness of gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive actions.
• Assist with administration tasks, maintaining 100% accuracy.
• Help promotions run smoothly and achieve success.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards, ensuring positive customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate and following the complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and intervene as needed, logging interactions per policy.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and brand dress code adherence.
• Apply product knowledge effectively throughout the customer journey.
• Understand and adhere to company policies on safeguarding and compliance.
• Actively discourage harassment, victimisation or discrimination of any kind.
