Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive - Hybrid Role (Aylesbury 1 day per week) - £35-40K

Are you an organised, detail-oriented marketing professional ready to make an impact in the construction and asset management tech space? We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support and streamline marketing activities across the UK, Ireland, and international markets.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and deliver events, meetings, and product campaigns, ensuring messaging is clear and consistent.
• Manage marketing data in MS Dynamics CRM, keeping it accurate and up to date for campaigns.
• Be the key contact for third-party publishers, overseeing e-blasts, webinars, and content approvals.
• Proofread and ensure all communications and customer stories meet brand guidelines.
• Support email marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives to drive engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing coordination or support, including events, CRM, and email campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and digital marketing tools.
• Self-starter mindset, adaptable, and collaborative across teams.
