As a Marketing Assistant for Belmond Trains & Cruises, you will support the marketing team in various tasks across campaign, digital, and B2B marketing. Based at the Trains & Cruises Central Office in London and reporting to the Divisional Senior Marketing Manager, this role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about travel, storytelling, and maintaining high standards.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting administrative functions within the Marketing department, including maintaining calendars and project trackers, and updating project details.
- Assisting with marketing team meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Contributing to the development of B2B marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Supporting updates to the Belmond B2B websites and digital content requests from sales teams.
- Managing web content updates, including imagery, news, offers, and ensuring web pages are current.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Passion for marketing, preferably within travel and hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A diploma or relevant certificate from a recognised educational institution.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and web analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
