As a Building and Grounds Maintenance Employee, you'll ensure our restaurant stays in top condition. From minor repairs to keeping the outdoor area tidy, you'll ensure everything works, is clean, and looks well-maintained. Whether it's checking installations, cleaning up litter, or reporting malfunctions, you'll create a safe and pleasant environment for both our guests and your colleagues. Because you'll be part of a friendly team! At McDonald's, you can work flexibly thanks to the extended opening hours of our restaurants. You'll also have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills, for example, through internal coaching or training. Maintenance experience is a plus, but not required - if you're a hands-on person, we'll teach you the rest. Whether you want to advance to another position or earn a recognized diploma, we'll help you along the way.
