A well-established and renowned sector-agnostic M&A advisor is seeking an experienced M&A analyst.

You will have accrued credible investment banking training, built up live transactional experience, have outstanding education, and be seeking a new environment. This firm offers an excellent opportunity to work with high-caliber (and often retained) clients and gain greater client and senior-level exposure.

Key duties include:

1. Key involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across multiple sectors
2. Key involvement in the preparation of presentations for clients and regular interaction with them
3. Playing an active role in the execution of mandates
4. Attendance at meetings

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

1. M&A experience accrued within a credible investment bank or boutique, potentially from a sector team, specialist M&A group, or country team
2. Thorough financial analysis experience and the ability to think commercially
3. Extensive experience in preparing presentation materials and advanced financial modelling skills
4. Outstanding academic credentials
5. Enjoy working in a team and possess excellent written and spoken communication skills
