Join us on our journey and you will too WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you'll: Lead and inspire across our software and quality engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Be hands on in implementing and evolve our Automation Test Strategy , ensuring alignment with wider engineering and business objectives and enabling true CI/CD and many-releases per day. Drive advanced software testing techniques, applying risk-based and strategic approaches to ensure robust quality. Develop and enhance automation frameworks in C#, Typescript , solving complex challenges independently and extending capabilities where needed. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and champion best practices across teams. Perform exploratory and non-functional testing, including performance and security. Mentor and coach colleagues, helping them grow technically and professionally. Influence strategic decisions on tooling, frameworks, and quality processes. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape quality engineering roadmaps. Implement, review, contribute and mentor at every layer across testing. If you have experience in the following areas, we'd love to hear from you: Technical Expertise Strong background in Testing & Quality Assurance , including automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, JUnit, Appium, RestAssured). Proficiency in C# & Typescript with experience in REST API development and microservice architectures. In-depth understanding of performance testing (Loadrunner, Bees-with-machine-guns) Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration, test data management, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, X-ray). Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and absolute comfort with Containers, Serverless and Ephemeral infrastructure for branch testing, etc. Leadership & Strategic Thinking Proven experience leading and mentoring engineers within multi-skilled teams. Ability to set direction, influence strategy , and drive process improvements. A self-starter mindset , comfortable working autonomously and making decisions that shape the future of quality engineering. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and advocate for quality. Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
