Inbound Placement Manager, AMET - Supply Chain

AMET Supply Chain team is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to contribute to Amazon's growth in KSA. The role involves analyzing and solving complex Supply Chain challenges, collaborating with Operations, Transportation, and Amazon Store teams to enhance customer experience and inventory management.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results. Experience in creating and presenting documentation for senior leadership and aligning projects with Amazon's strategic goals is essential. Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create project roadmaps and coordinate requirements with various teams
2. Set measurable milestones and continuous goals for programs
3. Analyze data to inform project decisions and provide insights
4. Lead meetings with partner teams to track progress and implement initiatives
5. Document standards and ensure project compliance
6. Manage internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience with MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
