HR Business Partner

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 Friday 08:30 - 16:00

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a growing international business and play a key role in delivering people strategy across our Dewsbury site and wider Group operations.

Working closely with senior leadership and the Group Director of HR & Development, you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting employee relations, organisational change, performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast paced, growth focused environment.

This is a hands on role suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, driving positive change, and delivering practical HR solutions that support business success.

• Partnering with leaders and managers to drive performance and people initiatives
• Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance matters
• Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development
• Coaching managers on best practice, leadership behaviours, and employee engagement
• Helping shape a high performing, values driven culture
• Contributing to HR process improvement and AI driven automation of people operations

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
• Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
• Ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
• Experience within manufacturing or multi site environments is advantageous
• A proactive, organised, and solutions focused approach
• Interest or experience in AI enabled HR process improvement and automation
