Job Description

A luxury beauty brand is searching for a dedicated HR Advisor to be based in London.

The Role As our HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting every aspect of the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for an experienced HR professional who wants to develop collaborative relationships across the business in order to make a real impact. You'll be trusted to work closely with all departments, championing a positive culture and ensuring the business continues to grow with the right people in place. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensuring accurate employee records and HR data reporting via PeopleHR
  • Overseeing employee benefits, payroll submissions, and pension administration
  • Providing advice on employment law, HR policies and ER case management
  • Supporting learning and development, including performance reviews and training initiatives
  • Building trusted relationships across the business, driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Coordinating HR transactions and improving internal systems and processes
How You'll Dazzle Us You are a proactive, people-first, and commercially savvy HR professional. You have:
  • Solid HR experience, ideally in a fast-moving or creative industry
  • A confident working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter attitude with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using HR systems such as PeopleHR (or similar)
