You'll be working directly with our Directors, Senior Managers and Founder, Alex Loven, influencing decisions at the very top table. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead our entire UK warehouse operation, shaping strategy and setting the standard for excellence across the site. Lead innovation - using data, automation, and lean thinking to keep us ahead of the game. Deliver big on performance: speed, accuracy, cost control, and productivity. Inspire and develop our people, creating a culture of accountability, energy, and pride. Collaborate with leaders across the business to align warehouse, facilities, H&S and global operations with ambitious growth plans. Own budgets and KPIs - making every penny, and every person, count. Be the go-to problem solver when the unexpected happens - quick, calm, and strategic. Ensure safety, compliance, and excellence are always front and centre, across both operations and facilities. Take ownership of facilities management - ensuring the site, infrastructure, and equipment are safe, efficient, and future-ready. From layout optimisation to maintenance and upgrades, you'll make sure our space always works hard for us. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Senior leadership experience in warehousing (eCommerce, retail, or FMCG ideally). The ability to run large-scale operations with responsibility for people, KPI's, facilities, and strategy. Commercial sharpness is a must. A hands-on passion for improvement - from automation to smarter systems, optimisation, and site improvements. An inspiring leadership style that gets people on board - from warehouse floor to boardroom. Resilience, drive, and passion to deliver, especially in peak moments. Big vision. Big energy.
