Virtual School Head - Spring term Contract (view to extend) - Midlands - £500 per day (Inside IR35) - Part time (3 days) - 1 day per fortnight onsite

A Council I am working closely with is currently seeking an experienced Head of Virtual School to lead their virtual school team.

Your role as a Head of Virtual School

In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Pupil Services, overseeing a team of 9, with 2 Deputy Heads. The team is very self-sufficient, and strategically sound, with your role requiring you to continue leading and supervising the team. This will include quality assuring PEP's and being involved with more complex cases.

Requirements

• Head of Virtual School / Deputy Head experience

Qualifications

• Strong experience of managing staff within a similar setting
• Experience with vulnerable learners
• Proven track record of working similar roles across Local Authorities.
