This is a brand-new opportunity within the Marketing team so gives you full ownership of the digital strategy to drive the D2C ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the digital marketing strategy from social ads, influencer, paid search, SEO etc

Execute creative paid media campaigns (Google ads, Meta, TikTok)

Optimise all customer acquisition channels to retarget strategies - acquisition and retention

Drive high quality traffic through the D2C website - creative and analytical

Develop the SEO strategy for brand visibility and create compelling content

Skills & Experience

Strong analytical mindset when using a variety of marketing channels for optimised performance growth (GA4)

Previous experience within a D2C retail business preferably within the beauty or hair market (very advantageous)

7+ years' experience of hands-on digital marketing experience

Excellent communication skills to be able to work independently and within a team (will be managed a team of minimum 1)

Creative but data-driven approach

Successful track record of increasing performance across paid and organic channels

Rates depend on experience and client requirements
