Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and align with GSK's long term goals.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Lead strategic projects, including capacity planning, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision making and drive impactful outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestments by conducting due diligence and developing robust business cases.

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or Science.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, strategy development, or operations within a global organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience managing complex projects and driving execution in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualification

• Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, MSc).
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or divestments within a supply chain context.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or other process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development.
• Multi country or multinational experience.
• Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures.

Location & Working Arrangement

This role can be based in the United Kingdom or United States at any Manufacturing Site and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance remote and in office work.
