As a Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing & Distribution, your insights will shape the future of our manufacturing and distribution operations. You'll be at the heart of financial reporting, delivering accurate, timely analysis that drives smarter decisions and drives continuous improvement. Working side by side with site leaders, suppliers, and our Support Office teams, you'll turn numbers into strategy, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and uncover opportunities to boost performance across the supply chain.
Responsibilities- Own month-end processes and manage end-to-end P&Ls across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with site leadership to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead site-level budgeting and forecasting, evaluate capital investments, and support commercial projects to shape financial performance and drive smarter decisions across the supply chain.
- Transform site KPIs into clear, actionable stories and work with stakeholders to act with confidence.
- Partner with FP&A to analyze P&L and cost-per-unit metrics, uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and ensure financial transparency supporting strategic planning.
- Build strong relationships by fostering open, honest conversations that initiate collaboration and drive progress.
- Guide stakeholders through financial decisions and mentor the team to grow confidence and capability across the business.
- Qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid understanding of accounting principles, processes, and controls.
- Natural problem-solver with advanced Excel skills and a sharp analytical approach to turning data into decisions.
- Experience building robust financial models and solving complex challenges.
- Ability to coach and influence across teams to drive smarter decisions, stronger collaboration, and lasting impact.
- Willingness to travel 6 days per month to manufacturing and distribution sites across the UK.
