• Diagnose and repair faults on commercial laundry, ware-washing, dosing, and catering equipment across client sites in Greater London.
• Carry out routine maintenance and respond to emergency service visits efficiently and safely.
• Install and commission new equipment and systems to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate service reports, manage van stock, and ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard.
• Work independently day-to-day, reporting to the Service Manager and supported by a knowledgeable technical team.

• At least 3 years' experience working with commercial laundry or catering equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills with the ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Excellent customer service approach and clear communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Relevant engineering qualification or background; Gas Safe certification is an advantage but not essential.

• Salary: up to £50,000 per year
• Location: Field-based, covering the Greater London region
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent
