The Role

As an Engineering Excellence Delivery Lead, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple software and infrastructure projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. You'll champion Agile practices, foster engineering excellence, and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

You'll work closely with software engineers, quality teams, and product managers to deliver secure, high-quality solutions aligned to regulatory and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Manage resources, risks, and change requests across multiple teams and workstreams.
Partner with engineering and business teams to plan, track, and deliver key capabilities.
