The Role
You'll be joining a strong and supportive team acting for a varied client base that spans household name corporates, public sector bodies, and high-growth SMEs. The role offers real autonomy, client visibility, and the chance to play a strategic part in the ongoing growth of the practice.
Work will be broad-ranging and include:
Complex advisory work on TUPE, reorganisations, and senior exits
Employment support on corporate transactions
Client training and strategic HR advice
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Candidate Profile
Experienced employment lawyer with a minimum of 8 years' PQE
Background in a well-regarded regional, national, or City firm
Strong technical expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment law
Excellent client relationship skills with a commercial approach
Interest in team development and mentoring, with leadership qualities
