Working as a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings from Northampton down towards North London. This is a regional role with no staying away, offering excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs
- Fault finding, testing, inspection, and general building services support
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and electrical regulations
- Minor fabric/handyperson duties when required
- Liaising with clients and providing a high level of customer service
- Completing job sheets and reports through the CAFM system
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition (essential)
- Experience in commercial building maintenance
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- £41,000 salary
- Door-to-door travel paid
