Digital eComm Supply Chain Improvement - 5+ Months

We are looking for a Digital eCommerce Project Coordinator & Functional Process Improvement specialist to join an exciting project at a global and prominent Fashion and Retail client. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and a background in digital E-commerce operations, particularly in checkout, payments, and post-purchase order flow/check out funnel.

Scope:

You will coordinate and support cross-functional teams to drive process improvements across the digital supply chain, with a focus on enhancing the E-commerce order flow, checkout and payment experience, and post-purchase operations (check out flow/funnel. Your work will help streamline operations and improve the digital consumer journey from cart to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track digital supply chain improvement initiatives across multiple teams.
• Support functional leads in optimizing:
• Checkout and payment flows
• E-commerce order flow and order management systems (OMS)
• Post-purchase communication and customer experience
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics, Tech, and Digital Product teams.
• Work on project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs related to: Order accuracy, Payment success rates, Fulfilment speed, Customer satisfaction
• Assist in building business cases and documenting process changes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, functional process improvement, or digital commerce operations.
• Strong project experience from a retail, apparel background
• Familiarity with E-commerce order management, checkout and payment systems, and post-checkout workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and KPIs.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Amsterdam - Hybrid
• Duration: 5months + with extensions
