We're looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager with a strong customer mindset to lead the delivery of the Service and User Experience design phases through agile leadership, technical insight, and a passion for continuous improvement. This is more than just a job - it's a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital banking for our members & customers.
This is not a traditional IT Delivery Manager role. You may come from a design or delivery background but you must have a solid background in delivering customer centric digital projects, preferable with a focus on the UX elements.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with possibility of extension.
About the role- Design and deliver seamless, digital experiences that meet user needs across web, mobile, and self-service channels
- Lead the delivery of the Service and User Experience phases of the work, closely interlocking with technical delivery
- Collaborate across business and tech teams to align delivery with strategy and ensure a continuous flow of value
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster open communication
- Tackle complex challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Navigate and resolve conflicts to keep teams focused and productive
- Drive planning and delivery across monthly and quarterly cycles
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and remove delivery bottlenecks
- Use data and metrics to inform decisions and promote continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support forecasting and strategic planning
You'll already have a proven track record in a similar role and have a customer first mindset. You will have -
- A strong background in Digital Agile Delivery and knowledge of product management
- Knowledge of Service and User Centred Design is an advantage
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to overcoming obstacles and conflict
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Ideally have experience in agile/ iterative delivery management
