About the Role

We're partnering with a public sector client seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support their growing IT and Digital function. You will play a key role in the organisations long term modernisation programme, delivering multiple digital projects from iteration to completion, with a focus on service redesign and systems development

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with services to understand business needs and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to shape effective digital solutions.
• Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring successful implementation.
• Analyse and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Drive change management and support teams adopting new ways of working.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
