Customer Advisor (Forecourt)

Part-time position 15 hours per week, working 6:00am-2:00pm Monday & Tuesday with a degree of flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver first class customer service outside on the forecourt.
• Maintain great standards by keeping the pumps and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
• Complete other duties as required for the role.

Qualifications

• The ability to give great, natural customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging and helping customers.
• A positive attitude and a love for people.
• An eye for detail, ensuring that excellent standards are maintained on the forecourt.
• The ability to prioritise to ensure everything you do is right for our customers.
• Candidate must be over the age of 18 to work on the forecourt.

Working Hours

Part time position 15 hours per week, working 6:00am-2:00pm Monday & Tuesday with flexibility. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at interview.
