Role Overview

Bally's Interactive is seeking an experienced CRM Planning Manager to join the CRM & Player Engagement team in its London office. This hybrid role is key to aligning campaign execution with the company's commercial goals across the UK and Ireland markets, ensuring efficient CRM campaign delivery across multiple channels and brands.

What You'll Do:
  • Build collaborative relationships with CRM, Acquisition, Creative Studio, Data, Product, and MarTech teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met
  • Develop and refine cross-functional workflows and campaign delivery processes
  • Create and manage the CRM campaign roadmap, sprint calendar, and delivery milestones
  • Align CRM campaign activity with business objectives set by the UK Commercial team
  • Oversee planning capacity for the CRM execution team and manage incoming campaign requests
  • Monitor resource allocation and workflow to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Implement systems and reporting tools to track progress and campaign efficiency
  • Prioritise business-as-usual and ad hoc campaign requests
  • Conduct cost analyses of projects and campaigns to support decision-making
Qualification / Requirements
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in CRM or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Mcom, Confluence, and Jira preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Braze is advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, proactive, and process-driven with a customer-first mindset
  • Interest in gaming and a strong sense of team collaboration
  • Resilient and adaptable with the ability to problem-solve and manage campaign challenges
