Description
Credit administration and/or loan documentation experience within a private bank, including familiarity with facility documentation and collateral types.
Detailed understanding of Regulated Mortgage Contracts, Lombard lending & Consumer Credit Act regulation.
Experience working closely with Solicitors, Underwriters and Valuers.
Understanding of legal documents and conveyancing.
Manage transactions from referral through to a successful completion and drawdown, ensuring that all necessary pre-completion steps and checks are taken, including liaising with other involved parties to assist with the timely delivery of all condition's precedent
requirements.
Ensure that all necessary security perfection steps and post-completion requirements are accomplished within the required timeframe.
Prepare amendment and supplemental documentation in relation to existing loans and prepare documentation to deal with default/reservation of rights scenarios.
Oversee the appropriate and timely safe-keeping and storage of client documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
