We're expanding our Corporate Sales team and looking for ambitious, target-focused individuals who thrive on building relationships and winning new business.
This is a solution based, consultative sales role where you'll work with medium to large enterprises and their decision-makers to deliver fleet and leasing solutions that make a real impact. With the backing of the UK's largest leasing broker, access to 10+ of the UK's top leasing companies, and market-leading OEM purchasing power, you'll have everything you need to succeed.
What You'll Do- Win new business across leasing, fleet management, and employee benefit scheme including Salary Sacrifice & affinity schemes.
- Build a deep understanding of each client's needs to deliver tailored, solution-based proposals.
- Engage with prospects virtually and face-to-face, building strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities within fleets to introduce fleet management solutions.
- Maintain full FCA compliance, ensuring all interactions and agreements meet regulatory standards.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date - ensuring clear visibility of your sales pipeline, renewals, and deal outcomes.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to service delivery.
- Proactively review performance and continuously seek ways to increase conversion and revenue.
- A proven track record in B2B or telesales (automotive or leasing experience a plus but not essential).
- A consultative approach with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and CRM management skills.
- A confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage at senior level.
