International markets represent significant growth opportunities for the pharmaceutical industry and for Lilly. This permanent UK position provides a foundation to learn the industry and understand our customers (patients, payers, and providers). Basic QualificationsRequirements:
- Enrolled in an MBA program
- Completing MBA 2021/2022
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessment
- Authorized to work in the UK
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred
Desired Experience:
The functional area of entry is typically marketing, with an initial rotation in sales often likely.
- Demonstrated leadership
- Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus
- Commercialisation experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong learning agility
- Language fluency in English (written and verbal)
