With continued growth across our business, we are actively seeking to have a new member join our team. This is an exciting role to join an existing group of skilled development and investment professionals, enhancing the team capabilities and becoming an integral part of a new and rapidly growing business. We are searching for someone who is comfortable with and enjoys building financial models for projects, but moreover, who can simplify those models to core criteria such that project value can be maximised for Customers and colleagues alike. You will be a highly valued and trusted member of our ambitious and hardworking team, in a business that continues to scale to new heights.
Main Responsibilities- Production and ownership of various financial / development models for Yondr projects
- Production of presentation material for senior management, board members, financial institutions and joint venture partners
- Research and analysis of market trends
- Investment appraisal and financial analysis of developments
- Support in customer marketing and pricing proposals
- Assistance in commercial negotiations with strategic partners or customers
- Finance background at an investment bank, corporate finance house, Big 4 corporate finance or transaction services
- Desire to learn about the dynamics and trends of digital infrastructure
- Experience in financial modelling and investment appraisals
- Proficient on microsoft excel, with excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Flexible & dynamic - self-motivated, results driven, ability to deal with change
- Experience in financial modelling and investment appraisals
- Team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and add value
