An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading City firm's top-tier Real Estate practice in London. The firm has one of the largest dedicated real estate practices in the market, with over 120 lawyers delivering high-quality, partner led service across the full asset lifecycle. The team represents a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, estates, and high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on complex development and regeneration projects across a range of real estate sectors.
• Taking ownership of transactions and providing proactive, commercially focused advice.
• Working closely with clients to understand their objectives and strategic drivers.
• Managing matters with a high degree of independence while maintaining appropriate supervision.

The Ideal Candidate:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with strong experience in mixed use real estate development.
• Commercially astute with excellent technical and communication skills.
• A self starter, confident working both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic about developing expertise and building client relationships.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
